From the moment you invite me into your home I begin to formulate a series of questions aimed at helping us to jointly clarify, in as much detail as possible, the scope and timeline of your project. We discuss upfront, a realistic financial range you can expect to operate in, taking into account wiggle room for unforeseen issues. We work hard to stay within your budget and as the work unfolds we offer contingency solutions whenever necessary.  We also oversee the often time consuming details associated with securing permits, in addition to any other paperwork requirements.
